When I was overweight, I felt uncomfortable with my body. Now that I am no longer carrying the extra weight, I, at times, still feel uncomfortable with my body. As I self-reflect, I realize, more and more, that my discomfort has more to do with the personal lenses, through which I see myself, and has less to do with the physical shape that I am in.
