A Healthy Sandwich


Healthy eating doesn’t start with word. It starts with action. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated. Simplicity is the way to go.

Two pieces of bread enriched with Vitamin D and calcium; a few chopped pieces of fresh banana, strawberry, blueberry, avocado; one pan-fried egg; one slice of fresh tomato topped with some honey…a healthy start to having a pleasant day and the first step towards leading a healthy life.
