How many adventures has each one of you taken so far in your life? Was it worth the risk for you to have taken all those adventures, in your honest opinion?
There are three major adventures that I’ve taken so far in my life. The first was in 2000 when I came to Canada alone to continue my secondary studies at a boarding school; the second was in 2001, when I set foot in my first ever french class; and the third was in 2010 when I experienced toastmasters meeting for the first time.
Taking adventure is not an easy thing to do. It requires perseverance, endurance, and the courage to confront ourselves and the world. For those of us, who have had stepped out of our comfort zone in order to lead a life of curiosity and excitement, we tend to develop a more profound admiration for adventurers of any kind, who have been able to achieve some level of success. Because deep in our hearts, we know the immense amount of labor and sacrifice required to embark on and complete a daring adventure.
If you have the luxury to choose a life of your dream, which one would you go for, a life that is a daring adventure or nothing?
